Shipping Policy

At Bloom & Gloom Prints, all of our products are made to order through our trusted print provider, Printify. This means each item is custom printed just for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

  • All orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • During holidays or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (after production)

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or general dissatisfaction.

However, we do stand behind the quality of our products.

Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund orders if they arrive:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or incorrect item received
  • Lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period)

How to File a Claim

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

We will review your claim and work with Printify to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly into production, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bloom & Gloom Prints is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact your local postal service for assistance in those cases.

Important Note

Since we use Printify’s print-on-demand network, each product is created individually just for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures you receive a unique item made specifically for your order.
